We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You must do the following for a successful return:

1) Contact sales department at for request  

2) Wait for an approval with return address 

3) Email your return label

4) Ship items with receipt to the given return address 

5) wait for item inspection approval via email on file

6) If item inspection is approved Refund is sent to method of payment

REFUNDS CANNOT BE DISBURSED WITHOUT EACH STEP BEING SUCCESSFUL with the exception of items being out of stock after purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item within 7 days, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Such emails should include the date of purchase and photographic evidence.
